Healthy lunch break for our kids!

Our kids have just started going to school and we start to have the same question every morning: what  should I put to my children’s lunch boxes. If you have this problem don’t worry, think, that at the same time all over the world there are parents who has the same question. And what is the most important, you should be happy that you can prepare the lunch box by yourself.
Healthy food but tasty good! Easy and quick to prepare because we have not time enough.  This is the answer, but it is easy to say but more difficult to do. I will give some suggestions but if you have any other ideas you are welcome to share with everybody who needs this help and who will read my blog.

Tips:
  • give your child water to drink. They don’t have to drink juices: too much sugar, when they drink before eating they will not eat almost anything, when the bottle will be not closed very well everything will be wet; books, clothes ect. when it is a water it is not so big problem.
  • be careful how you prepare food. Think about nice boxes ( special for boy and girl), we have to remember that children are taking care about this detail, especially when they are eating in group. Finally look at the lunch box and think if it looks invitingly.
  • prepared food should be easy to eat, better small parts than only one big. They don’t have to eat everything during one school break.
  • avoid putting exactly the same meal every day, try to make them surprise from time to time.
